Benderson Development is continuing to grow its real estate holdings in Western New York. The company is in the process of acquiring the 73,000-square-foot KeyBank Administration Center, located at 6950 South Transit Road in Lockport, NY. The sale of the building, which served as headquarters for First Niagara Financial Group and is currently an operations center for KeyBank, is projected to close in early 2022.
Additionally, KeyBank has signed an agreement with Benderson for a long-term lease extension of 90,000 square feet within Benderson’s Amherst Commerce Park, located at 4224 Ridge Lea Road in Amherst, NY.
